Elaine Indra is a Retail Manager at Homeco Living Group. She leads the entire process of opening stores, from planning to design, budgeting and logistics to ensuring stores are set up efficiently and meet company standards. She is also responsible to monitor daily operations to ensure optimal store performance.
Prior to working at her family business, Elaine graduated from Babson College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Entrepreneurship. She also worked as a Business Analyst at Mckinsey Indonesia for two years.

Peter Raswono

Peter Raswono is the General Manager of The Sanctuary Collection, a landed residential development in Southern Sentul under Harita Group real estate division with a total project value of SGD 1.0 Bn. With almost 10 years of real estate development experience, Peter leads the design, marketing, construction, estate management, and financial activities, leading over 100 people and managing 1,000 workers on site.

Peter graduated from the University of Michigan with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in industrial & Operations Engineering in 2010 and 2011 respectively. He has previously worked in Deloitte Consulting and in Harita Group’s palm oil division.

Erida Gunawan

Erida has over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, finance, and operations. She has held key roles across the Triputra Group, including CFO of Triputra Investindo Arya and President Director of Triputra Persada Megatara.
She also serves as President Commissioner or Commissioner in various companies, including Adi Sarana Armada Tbk, Autopedia Sukses Lestari, and Triputra Energi Megatara. Previously, she held leadership positions at Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk and Jaya Real Property Tbk. Erida earned her undergraduate degree from Universitas Trisakti.

Stephanie J. Liman

Stephanie has 10 years of experience in global law firm Clifford Chance in Singapore, where she has worked on cross-border equity and debt fundraising as well as general corporate advisory transactions. She has represented multinationals, sovereign issuers, state-owned enterprises, banks and financial institutions across Southeast Asia and India in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, high yield debt issuances, and medium term note programmes. Prior to joining the Singapore office, Stephanie was in Clifford Chance’s New York office.
Stephanie graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from George Washington University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law. She is New York-bar qualified.
