Khoon Tee

Senior Partner and Managing Partner
Khoon Tee Tan leads McKinsey’s Indonesia office and is a senior leader in the firm’s Operations Practice across Southeast Asia. Over the past decade, he has advised leading energy, financial-services, and infrastructure companies across Asia, Europe, and the United States on strategy, operations transformation, organizational change, and corporate restructuring.
He has led large-scale transformation programs across major oil-and-gas and petrochemical assets, including refinery networks and integrated petrochemical complexes delivering more than US$1 billion in annual financial impact. He has also supported financial institutions in digitizing business processes, transforming branch operations, improving customer experience, and launching new businesses. Khoon Tee holds an MEng with Distinction and an MA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and was previously a Shell Malaysia scholar.

Ray Gerungan is a senior capital-markets professional with more than two decades of experience across equity research, investment banking, credit trading, debt products, and private and structured finance. He has held senior roles at leading global financial institutions including UBS Warburg, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Standard Bank Singapore, Nomura Singapore, and Macquarie Bank Singapore Branch.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Northrop University, USA, and studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Southern California. He has been a Licensed Investment Manager by OJK since 2001 and has also served as a Founding Member and Board Advisor of the Indonesian Flag Football Association since 2009.

Donald is Co-Founder of Global Mortgage Group (GMG), a Singapore-based firm specialising in cross-border real estate financing and US mortgages operating over 23 jurisdictions globally.
He has over 25 years of Capital market experience across Asia beginning his career in equity research in the 1990s, before founding one of Hong Kong's earliest hedge funds in 1999, which grew to over US$200M AUM. He also served as Head of Equity Sales at Macquarie, BNP Paribas, and Citigroup, before leading the Global Equity Sales division at China Construction Bank.
He holds BS in Biochemistry from University of California, Los Angeles and MS in Finance from Golden Gate University.


Fithra Faisal Hastiadi

One of Indonesia's most prominent economists and is widely featured across regional and global media as a leading commentator on Indonesian macroeconomic policy.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Indonesia, an MA from Keio University, and a PhD from Waseda University in Japan.

Shim Tae Yong is a senior capital-markets executive with over two decades of experience across banking, brokerage, and investment management.
Prior to joining STB, he served as President Director and CEO of Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, where he led the firm to become Indonesia's #1 equity brokerage house by transaction value for three consecutive years (2020–2022). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Hongik University, Korea, and a Master of Business Administration from Binus University, Indonesia.

Sarah focuses on the energy transition, mineral resources, and strategic industries. She engages closely with government agencies to advance Indonesia's sustainability agenda.
Prior to KADIN, Sarah worked at the UN HQ in the Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance, and held earlier positions at Deloitte and KPMG. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.

A senior investment professional with more than three decades of experience across auditing, capital markets, equity sales, and fund management. He previously held senior roles at Price Waterhouse (PwC), PT WI Carr Indonesia, and PT BNI Securities.
He has led Samuel Aset Manajemen and its Investment Team since 2006. Agus holds an Accounting degree from Padjadjaran University and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification from the Singapore College of Insurance.
